EP THEATER announces it's first outreach program with the neighboring Walsh Elementary School. Local students from Pilsen, between fifth and eighth grade, will be producing David Mamet's The Poet and the Rent with EP Theater's company and artistic associates. Over a five week period the students will be involved in all aspects of production, scenic design, costumes, props, and acting at EP Theater. The students will learn the values of teamwork, discover script analysis, craftsmanship, and will be rewarded with the opportunity to entertain their peers, parents, and community as a whole.
